Every PL8M8 plate is custom 3D printed to order in our Melbourne workshop. Standard orders are printed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, depending on order volume and complexity. You will receive an email confirmation once your plate has been printed and is ready for dispatch.
Need it faster? Select our Next Day option at checkout for priority same-day manufacturing and express shipping. Orders placed before midday AEST on a business day will be printed and dispatched the same day.
We ship from Melbourne, VIC via Australia Post. Orders of $15 or more include free standard shipping. Estimated delivery within Australia is 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Our Next Day option includes priority manufacturing plus express shipping for delivery within 1-2 business days (domestic orders only).

International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Free standard shipping is included on all Australian orders of $15 or more. For orders under $15, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel weight, and dimensions.
The exact rate is shown before you complete your purchase - there are no hidden fees. Our Next Day option carries an additional charge for priority manufacturing and express shipping.
All plates are carefully wrapped and packed in rigid mailers to prevent damage during transit. Larger plates and bundles are shipped in reinforced boxes with protective padding. We aim to use minimal, recyclable packaging wherever possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time. Tracking is available for all domestic and international orders.
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@pl8m8.shop and we will investigate with our shipping partner. If the parcel cannot be located, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
