Custom-Made Products

Every PL8M8 plate is custom 3D printed to your exact specifications - your chosen text, colours, size, material, and fixing method. Because each plate is individually manufactured to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. This applies to all products including number plates, keychains, sheaths, and bundle packs.

We strongly recommend using our live 3D configurator to preview your plate before purchasing. The configurator shows an accurate representation of the final product, including text layout, colour combinations, and proportions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your plate arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@pl8m8.shop with:

  • Your order number or confirmation email
  • A photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, reprint, or refund.

Incorrect Orders

If we made a mistake with your order (e.g. wrong text, wrong colour), we will reprint and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please get in touch and we will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue. Domestic (Australian) orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days after dispatch, and international orders within 7-21 business days depending on the destination.

If the parcel cannot be located after investigation, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure - for example, it is significantly different from the description or not fit for its intended purpose - you are entitled to a replacement or refund of your choice. If a product has a minor failure, we will repair or replace it within a reasonable time.
